Orders and payment

  • Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is currently by bank transfer only. An order is confirmed only after the transfer has been received and verified.
  • If payment is not received within 3 business days of the order, we may cancel it.
  • A tax invoice is issued once payment is confirmed.

Delivery and pickup

  • After payment is confirmed we will contact you to arrange delivery or pickup.
  • Expected delivery is 2 to 7 business days depending on the city and product availability.
  • Please inspect the product on receipt and report any visible damage within 48 hours.

Returns and exchanges

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
  • Custom-made or custom-configured products, and products that have been installed, cannot be returned.
  • Manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced under the warranty terms.
  • Refunds are made by the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Warranty

  • The warranty period is shown on each product page. It covers manufacturing defects and excludes misuse or installation by third parties.

Privacy

  • We use your details (name, mobile, address) only to fulfil your order and contact you about it.
  • We do not share your details with anyone except the delivery company, to the extent needed for delivery.
